Delivery
- We deliver to all cities in Pakistan through trusted courier services.
- Orders are delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- Delivery charge is Rs. 200 per order. Free delivery on orders of Rs. 1,800 or more.
- Cash on Delivery orders are paid to the courier on arrival. JazzCash and Easypaisa orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed.
Returns & exchanges
- If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Email heensnaturals@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Once we have reviewed your request, we will arrange a resolution for you.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, or for products that have been opened and used without a fault.
